You don't have permission to access "http://store.steampowered.com/" on this server
I used steam api, probably exceeded the number of requests or requests in 10 seconds, I just did not know about it. I now have Access Denied

Please help me with the solution of this problem, because as I had no evil intentions, did not read about these limits in advance, or what could be the matter?

All you need to do is wait, it's "bug" in the system...? Normally 1h should fix it...?

Issues with the CDN, Akami, at times, to be precise.

This however isn't always the case.

I have had it happen to me before by sending too many requests to steam when making something... Accidental ofc. Takes about 30 min - 1 hour to go away.

I was not using the API when it happened to me. A javascript loop backfired on me and went crazy and sent steam like 400 requests in about 30 seconds lol. Happened through the browser console.

It can happen randomly though its usually due to too many requests or something glitching out somewhere.

Unfortunately, 4-5 hours have passed, and there is still no access :steamsad:

ok well give it 24 hours. It will be fine. How many requests did you send if i may ask?

If it continues for longer then 24 hours, go to steam support and explain the problem.

Try restarting your modem/router. It might help though am unsure.

Edit: Something that just came to mind, how are you using the forums if steam blocked your IP?

flush dns, use other dns servers, power cycle modem/router.

not much else you can do that is recommendable.

I distribute to myself the mobile Internet through the iPhone to write here. I needed to get information on steam games. ~ 80,000 applications produce steam api. plus a request for each to get information. probably something went wrong, and the requests were going too fast maybe I don't know. in the support section of steam there is no section for this issue, I actually cannot directly write to them.

You can:

https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpAccountDataQuestion

The option exists though is hidden deeply within the support page.
