Internet is "suspended" can use some of steam, cant use other parts. Help?
Parent didn't pay the bill. When I open anything in Steam Overlay it tells me to go sign into my internet provider and pay the bill, but every other program works just fine. I can browse Steam, but I cant download steam games, steam workshop, and some games like Hearts of Iron 4 wont even open because "theres no connection to steam"

I am writing this from my "suspended" internet, so I can browse the forums just fine. But I cant play many multiplayer servers because they have mods, which I cant download

Does anyone know a way around "suspended" internet until we can pay up?

Also, when browsing steam such as this page in particular, the address link is red, and theres a lock with an X ontop of it. I'm pretty sure this means non-secured connection, and I'm not sure why my connection is "not secure"

When I use my browser for steam it claims "Your connection to this site is not secure"

We will not assist you in defrauding your ISP which they could use to cancel the contract or even file charges for fraud.

This. They’ve probably left you with the bare minimum of a connection so that you can pay the bill online.

Yeah, get the problem sorted out, then go back playing games.

I don't know why your ISP is doing it like that, but keeping some form of restricted service active seems like a nice thing to do. They probably don't HAVE to do that.
