is there a program thats free like outfox or killerping?
ok i have a few games that use peer to peer connections and none of the developers seem interested in adressing this issue i have noticed there are programs out there that are supposed to help give you a better connections when gaming however they all want money so my question is there a reliable and free program that can do the same thing ????

None of those actually do anything.

If you want a better connection, you need to get better internet from your provider. That is literally the only way. Anything that claims to improve, and is a 'program', *cannot do this*. And is just a scam.

the 2 mentioned servicse are VPN providers.
the usecases where this actually improves anything for what they claim they do are very limited.

if there is something for free, it will include spyware or data collection. they have to make money somehow to cover their server costs.
