As far as i know there are 3 versions of Call of Duty WW 2 floating around, the international version that is uncensored, a special German version that is censored regarding the Nazi symbols and also another slightly censored version for Russia and surrounding countries.
So you most likely have one of those censored versions as a key that cant be activated in your region.
But how is it possible that I bought region restricted key?
I didn't had any options to choose from while purchasing.
I just purchased the bundle.
Crash Bandicoot and Spyro that were in that bundle were activated without any problems. Only CoD can't be activated.
Is there a way to check SUBID of a game that CD key activates?
Because I see that CoD has a lot of different SUBIDs
https://steamdb.info/app/476600/subs/
And how can I know which SUBID is for my region?
yes (under conditions). how? google.
not really relevant for you to know.
ask humble, they handle this.
Steam on the other hand looks at what your store country is set to for key activation.
You should have gotten an RoW key which is the activation I got.
