Steam game icons are all blank

All of my icons from my steam games are all blank, and they don't launch the game. i have to launch from my library to get ♥♥♥ to work. I tried deleting them and adding them again but that doesn't work. I also tried to verify the game files, still nothing. Help

Are you talking about the icons on your desktop or taskbar?

Wow im late on this. They are blank on my desktop. When clicking them they say they cant be opened.
