Too many activations????!!!! Too many purchase attempts ???!!!! Kill me

Damn steam. All day waiting for a game. It came out. Tried to buy instantly. It got stuck so i refreshed and tried again. Purchase pending whatever. Went and bought it on humble. Tried activating on steam, too many activation attempts!?

How long do i have to wait for this stupid steam.

Was this Noita? Steam froze for me as well when trying to purchase it. Now it says I have a pending transaction so I can't buy it. There is no pending transaction that exists in my steam account, paypal or my bank.

Yeah. I managed to cancel it through help/steam support page. But still doesnt let me buy it or activate code.

I literally dug up my old alt steam account because im not gonna wait an hour for this. That does mean i will have two copies of the game...

No. You'll only have 1 copy since you only purchased 1 key.

No. I said that i already bought a key on humble, because i could not buy it on steam. And i activated it on my 2nd steam account. But i must also have it on my main account, which means buying a 2nd copy of the game...

If it wasnt a humble key, i might have been able to refund it, but i dont think i can. But whatever, money is not a problem.

I would gladly pay double, triple even, as long as i can get it quickly.

Then yes, you will have a copy on each account that way. Waiting is the only other way.

if you know Steam, you avoid doing stuff with external payment methods at userpeak, adding legendary levels of impatience on top of this situation does only make it worse.

Exactly the same issue here, tried to purchase noita. Now there is apparently a purchase pending, but when I go to my account history, Noita is not listed as pending.
