For a long time I have been having this problem that when I play a game the screen freezes for one or two seconds and then the game is still running normal. I usually play above 60 fps with vertical sync disabled.
I did a lot of things like turning off the windows 10 DVR, turning off the dynamic wallpaper, modifying some things in power options among other things. I don't know what to do anymore and I turn to the steam forum to see if anyone helps me.

Durante mucho tiempo he tenido este problema de que cuando juego un juego, la pantalla se congela durante uno o dos segundos y luego el juego sigue funcionando normalmente. Normalmente juego a más de 60 fps con la sincronización vertical desactivada.
Hice muchas cosas como apagar el DVR de Windows 10, apagar el fondo de pantalla dinámico, modificar algunas cosas en las opciones de energía, entre otras. Ya no sé qué hacer y recurro al foro de Steam para ver si alguien me ayuda.

Is RAM Duel Channel & in correct slots? Some Motherboards are picky about RAM.

resolved after restarting the modem and changing a damaged network cable / resuelto despues de reiniciar el modem y cambiar un cable de red dañado
