No audio in Steam Games
I can hear people on discord, watch youtube and listen to spotify having audio. When I go to play a game on steam though I have no audio? It isn't just a select few of my games... It is all of them.

there is no thing as "Steam game". games are made for windows or any other OS, not for Steam. Steam just shoves the files to you.

check windows volume mixer. since win7 it has an own control for every process that puts out sound.

I have checked my volume mixer, everything is at full. I have also gone into the game properties and checked the Integrity of the game files and still nothing.

did you try this...
Go to control panel/system and security/administrative tools/services.
scroll down to "WINDOWS AUDIO".Make sure that it is set to "AUTOMATIC" and that it is started.
If that is not the issue, try reinstalling the audio driver.
If that does not work try a previous restore point (If you have one).
You might need to change the sample rate by right clicking the speaker icon in the system tray, going to playback devices, right click your audio output device, go to advanced properties and set the bt rate to 16bit DVD quality 48000hz. I have trouble because some programs use 44100hz and my sound driver wont switch automatically...
