If your review is long, it can cause an error. Post a short review and then edit it.

If the post too long, cut big chuck of it, post, then edit it, and paste the rest, as posting long reviews is still a on going issue.

Ah ok, then try this, clear cache and cookies, click on Steam that top left, this will bring drop down menu, click settings, then click on web browser tab, and you see the delete button for both, afterward restart client, and try again, or try doing this on your web browser like fire fox, or chrome.

Nope, 14 hours.
The game has been taken down from the store a week ago. Croteam didn't give the order, so they investigated the issue with Steam and it returned a day later. Maybe this issue still persists *shrugs*.
