Hello,
I live in northern Africa, specifically, Tunisia, and I want to buy a steam wallet code from a retailer who says the codes are region locked to Europe only. The thing is I don't know which region my account belongs to since we don't have a region called Africa when we buy games. Is it okay to buy this code even though I technically don't live in Europe? I'm in uncharted territory ahaha.
Can anyone confirm this?

wallet codes are not region locked from europe. only some south east asian codes are.

the region ends in your country borders. that is as far as restriction can be put onto certain things on Steam, specific countries. there are no real regions like Europe and most the key sellers state pure garbage as selling points.
