Are you allowed to sell trading cards for a game you refunded?
I refunded a game recently but I still have the trading cards for it, I don't know if Steam just hasn't removed it yet or if we are allowed to keep it and trade it or sell it, etc. If I sell it will Steam charge me for the game again or no?

No, if you get trading cards, then your refund will be denied, because valve treats trading cards like non-refundable purchases, along with certain dlc, valve can't simply yank the trading cards out of your account or someone elses or the market
The refund has already been accepted, but I still see a trading card in my inventory. Also, it was a gift refund.

that guy is heavily misknowledged and doesn't know what he is actually talking about.

anyway. if this was your first refund then it might be possible that from now on, cards do not drop anymore before the 2 hour mark. Valve never really explained this and does not state it anywhere why for some account the cards start dropping after 2 hours but basic assumption is that a refund might trigger it.

you can do whatever you want with your cards.
