Update of a game won't stop downloading
I may be complete idiot or my steam is just playing dirty tricks on me.
I've been downloading updates for games "Deus Ex: Mankind Devided", "Sabnautica" and "Path of Exile".
This problems for me is just random ... sometimes it happends sometimes it doesn't and the problem is, Steam starts to allocate (Preallocate) space on my disk, after it is done download starts (usually the allocating takes even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 15 minutes) and download swiftly goes as usual, BUT at the end (for example it says 20MB/20MB downloaded) and it just won't do anything. Reinstalling steam or even OS that I've been reinstalling recently didn't help.
Changing anything with download option in Options did nothing and I'm kinda frustrated by now.
Update of 500MB for example is downloaded like nothing... but updates like 10MB or 30MB just lags at the end as I've described earlier.

Any tips/solutions are welcome so feel free to give any suggestions how to solve this weird thingy. Thanks! :)

It's more like whole steam just sometimes stops and is like "na-uh lad! You won't download any of this my man!"
And just downloads whole update but after that it just freezes with state "Downloading" even if it is done and can take whole hour after it is finally playable >.>
1) check you have disk space where steam itself is installed
2) run steam as an admin
3) ensure your anti-virus is not blocking the download
4) change your download region
5) delete eveyrthing from steam\steamapps\downloads

Sadly all of it (but the deleting everything from "downloads" folder) I've done, SO probably the folder will do the trick I'll let you know as soon as I'll try it out :)
Me and some friends are having this exact same problem on updates for every game so far (Path of Exile, CSGO and Payday 2)
