You have a timezone in steam? It is probably changeable through settings in that case.

you dont.

if you have false displays of certain times mentioned on Steam, then they are most likely in PST.

my chat log times and my country time is not same that's why I wanted to know if there is a chance to make it right.

I have this issue, too. When I mouse over thread topics, I can see the first and last post dates and times. They are one hour out, most likely due to the fact that my state does not use daylight saving time. I'd like to enable mobile authenticator, but I don't wan't to create a big headache for myself. I assure you, the timezone on my PC is correct.

Steam says my time is an hour off from my time zone, but I can't find my time zone and don't know how to change it.

you can't , steam recognize your IP and set automatic in your timezone
only way it's using VPN
