Steam does not develop a version of the app for S30 OS. If there's some form of emulator you can give it a shot, but it will not be sanctioned by Valve and you're unlikely to get any meaningful assistance if things go wrong.

Ok then,if my phone cant work with that,can i somehow disable that holdings for 15 days?

Not officially. There are emulators, but using them severely undermines the security of the two-factor authentication.

Why they dont have simple authentication,like "gmail" and when i want to drop something to my inventory,just send me a code on my phone number and thats it,why such a complicated ways...
