Pay Pal blocking my steam account wallet funds for some item I never purchased in 2014

What kind of scam is this I never have ever used paypal to buy any item in pounds , and steam blocked my accounts wallet over them scamming me ..what is Steam in on the scam because I have tried to get this resolved for almost two years now and I never get a answer back from them ... Steam support is a total joke

I have two account alerts .. The first one says... Pay Pal has disputed a recent steam store transaction..18 Dec 2014 Walletfunds 172.50 E ... the 2nd says Account Alert for ace6190 - 20 Dec, 2014

Did you buy these items or the wallet with paypal?

Pay Pal or Steam charged my account for items I did not buy and then they remove them, then Steam punished me for them falsely charging my account ?

Nope I have only gotten a few games through steam and I have never used funds from the wallet or had funds in it in the first place .im trying to redeam a steam card I got last Christmas as a gift last year and they wont let me use it with my account

I dont have any idea how it connected , I went to pay pal and the records show I did not use my pay pal at all in 2014 ,2015, or 2016 ... so why are they blocking my account ? I used a credit card to buy games not paypal

Ok, so it wasnt even your paypal.
But somehow your account was used to buy items with a paypal.
Details must have leaked.
