Wallpaper Engine won't work?

I bought Wallpaper Engine a long time ago and I went to use it again and now it says that I need to purchase it again even though I already have. Any suggestions?

Yeah I know, I wanted to get support but it sent me to this place (I didn't even know it existed) and it asked me to make an account to post, so I did. It's in my purchased place but won't open on my desktop, and tells me to purchase it again. This is when I'm on my Steam account not my forum account.

Can you provide a link to your main account profile?

this here is part of Steam and you are on a Steam account, even an account that is not limited and owns games that you purchased today, which makes me think that you are also logged in into the client with the account you are talking with here.

the library in the Steam client is not necessarily an indicator for your purchased product, but rather then for the installed ones. if the account used does not own the license for something, Steam will display the store page.

Steam Client, upper right corner shows your steam account username.
when you purchased WP engine on Steam, you received an email receipt, this will also mention the username.

This will be my main account now, I'm not overly fussed that I have to spend $5 on the Wallpaper Engine again lol, though I purchased Age of Mythology on the other account.. Ah well, I just don't want this to happen again! I did see people talking about a family sharing thing, could I possibly do that between this account and my other one? Idk got no idea what I'm talking about lol, I bought some Halo games on this account though xD

family sharing would work and it should also work with aom and wp engine.

you could also refund the halo games on this account and buy them again on the other account.

Actually I'd prefer to be on this account, mostly because everything else in my life is UunhandyKarma, and the account that was made for me was from when I was younger and the name was terrible haha. I'll look into the family sharing
