How to change my email on the steam from hotmail to gmail?

Guys I'm desperate to recover my old account. This Macarita_ account is my 2nd account. The old one is Chanyewzhan. i know the password and email. the problem is, steam sends the steam guard code to the wrong email. For example, I uses Gmail but steam sent the steam guard code to Hotmail. Now i cant get the code,i don't even know my Hotmail password,i have tried a couple of times to recover but it fails. does anyone have a suggestion ? i have asked the steam support and they have not reply yet. Im afraid i might never recover my account. your suggestions and advices are much appreciated. Thank you and have a nice day.

Go to account details, you can do this on your browser then go to change my email address. :)

I think he still needs the steam guard code for that since he uses the authenticator. I hope i'm wrong though, lol.

You cant do anything about it because it will ask you for the guard code on the hotmail account, better solve this with steam support

by not being logged in while visiting steam support.

You would have to provide proof of ownership when you sent the ticket. Did you already contact Steam Support with that?

Yes I did. I'm just afraid of steam support not replying back.

They will reply back. They just have a lot of tickets to deal with. Give it time. It took them over a day to reply to one of my tickets.

As long as you provided enough evidence that you are the owner of that account, they should resolve the issue for you.
