Kinda stupid that the steam controller support was the problem.
I got a problem aswell and i cant get it fixed.
I got a t150 pro,FF, the wheel and gas brake pedals are working but my gear up/down aint.
Ingame the wheel is recognized. Also when im trying to bind it to other functions its not recognizing it.
Its not recognized in steam big picture and im not getting it to work properly.
Am i an idiot or smthing that i cant get it fixed. Wanna start raging because of this:D
Secondly have you downloaded and installed the driver.
Finally disable all Steam inputs for the game you are playing. You only need the driver and the native support the game provides.
Hey, first of all thx for the fast responce.
Its on ps3, drivers are installed, firmware is 21(as stated on the tm website).
Again, everything is working just not the shifters+option button.
What do you mean with steam inputs? In big picture? If so, yes everything is checked off.
Which game is it?
You could look for a solution on the game forum.
F2020 but ive checked in the software the forced feeback settings again. When i use the shifters nothing happens. Guess i got a broken one:(
This is off the top of my head as I am currently not at home.
Make sure Steam is closed. Next shutdown your PC and check all connections for your wheel.
Unplug the usb, boot your PC then connect wheel once on Windows.
Calibrate and setup the wheel via the Thrustmaster control panel which should be in the start menu. Check all buttons etc work.
Next open Steam, boot F1 2020 and check it detects the wheel.
Next choose the Thrustmaster config but do a custom configuration by checking all buttons etc register. If this checks out save the custom config as default. Now test in game
Everything detected ingame and it worked except for the shift pedals.
Anyway, i just tested it on a ps4 at my cousin's place and its tesame problem, cant blame steam now:).
Returned the wheel and ordering a new one.
Thx for the effort tho:) appreciate it:)
