Game is missing from the library but it's files are still in it's proper place (common/Warframe)

Verify game cache.

But you should really look into why it was showing uninstalled in the first place.

You can't verify game cache as it shows it's uninstalled, therefore it won't show up in my library.

Install it again it should find the files you got already and only download the ones you need.

in the best case Steam rediscovers the files, in the worst case you have to download it.but you have to click that button anyway as the game is not installed in the eyes of Steam
