I purchased 250 THB(Thai Baht) for a steam wallet code from 7-11, and upon entering the serial number I only received 200 THB.

Do you see "250 THB" clearly printed anywhere?

I received just a receipt with the serial code. Yes, it does say in large font "248 THB". I can provide a picture if you are interested. Thank you for attempting to help me out!

Go back to where you purchased it and ask if there is a fee taken out. No one here can help with this. Steam support can not even help you.
