[Q] Can I still buy games even if my market is locked from password change?
Title. Basically I reset my password on steam and I was wondering if I'm still able to purchase games through steam. Thanks for the help!

you can buy games. The reset will block you from trading as a safety precaution.

the steam store is not the community market, so yes.

Wait, is wallet considered part of the market? Because I was going to buy a steam card at gamestop tog et a game.

Wallet is store credit, you can buy games with it even if you have a market restriction.

Anyone looking for help on this topic.. I bought a steam card and it worked fine even with the market restrctions, so no worries to those in future endeavors.
