CS:GO on school computer?
I installed both Steam and CS:GO and launched Steam as "Invoker", but when I launch CS:GO I can't play on VAC servers. Does somebody know how to fix this through launch options or something like that?

Ask your system admin at your school.

Then you can't play on VAC-protected servers. The End. Also, stop multiposting.

Why are your parents paying for you to go to school if you apparently have all this time to play games there?

sweden is europe and not the united states.dunno about sweden but most european countries do not even have education extrapolated in their taxes you have to pay. education is free on paper, and also mandatory in most countries. officials will drag you to school if it is needed.

What's funny about the United States is that school is mandatory and parents can be fined if their children don't go to school, yet school isn't free.

some ports are probably blocked. nothing you can do.

also in most schools the pcs are monitored and everything is logged. so prepare to get into trouble..
In addition, most schools have Web filters that block access to Steam's servers, and the IT Department isn't exactly fond of students installing games on school computers, especially things like violent shooter games.

Solution? Don't play CS:GO at school. Get an education.

No no. Put MineCraft on an USB-Stick. That is a solution. :-)

We get free computers, we can take them home. I want to play CS:GO at home not in school. We have gotten really good computers.

Get an admin to install the Steam service.

My school computers [that we get to take home] block nearly everything. I get why they blocked it; Really the answer to your question is get your admin to unblock it, and that is very unlikely.

Well, the thing is that no one is allowed to login on someone else's computer.
