Persistent problems with image colors on Steam storefront

My machine has been having problems displaying images correctly from within the Steam client. On the web, it's fine. I can even pull the source for the page in the Steam client and the image that looks all messed up in my Steam client is rendered fine in any browser I have installed.

I'm guessing it has something to do with cached images for the store? I've tried clearing my download cache, but that didn't work. Any direction on where I could be looking for a resolution would be much appreciated.

Actually, now I see that it doesn't appear to be limited to images. Even my post in the forums looks wrong.

Thanks. I just tried your suggestion and unfortunately it didn't change any behavior I'm seeing. This is only an issue in the Steam client. Every other app/game/Windows shell is fine. I messed with color settings for my GPU and color management options in Windows 10. I've also reinstalled my GPU drivers, but the problem has perssisted through 2 driver updates. Nothing I've tried so far has resolved this.

I don't know if this will help anyone, but I have an Acer XG270HU monitor. They have only ever released 1 driver version and the icc color profile that comes with it is junk. After I found it and disassociated from the monitor's profile in "Display Adapter Properties" -> "Color Managment", everything displays correctly again.
