Help pls: Raspberry pi 3 b as Multimedia station + emulator, + steam eventually
Helle steamers.
I just bought a Raspberry pi 3 and am waiting for it´s arrival.
My plans are to use it as a video player, multi-emulator and eventually as a steam machine for low req. games.
+ I´d like to have it access to my PC HD through my router.
+If all the things above could be managed by using my Logitech Wireless F710 gamepad, I´d be one happy guy.

However, I have never used linux before, or any other systems apart from Windows.
Keep in mind, that I really want to be able to use it for at least video playback and console/computer emulation.

If anybody could give me some advice on this I would be very thankful.
Have a nice week,
sePL

Better ask in this forum. You would most probably get faster help there.

you cannot install Steam on it, that is not possible.

you can only stream to it via lime/moonlight. and then all games that can run on the host PC are playable.

Thanks for moving the thread and for the answer about running steam.
I´ll try to stream it and will look if it runs better than with steam link.
(my PC is pretty low spec and it does not run well with steam link)
