Accidentally bought steam gift cards

I wanted to buy Destiny 2 with my first paycheck at my new job and forgot that Destiny 2 was being sold only on Battle.net. So I bought 3 $20 steam gift cards on accident. Does anybody have any ideas as to how I can still get Destiny 2 through selling or trading these cards? I ♥♥♥♥ed up lol.

You can *TRY* but I've never heard of a retailer accepting returns on gift cards. Check the refund policy before making the trip back.

Can't you afford to buy Destiny 2 now? If you can then just redeem the steam cards to steam and save them for the next big steam release.

Not worth the hassle to trade codes and stuff if you can still afford the game you intended to buy.

You could possible buy CSGO keys then sell them on OPSkins to make back some of your losses than just buy the game.

No point in trying to trade until destiny 2 is out on PC, since unless they trade you blizzard gift cards there is no way to do so. I currently have like $240 on my battle.net account (thanks to the WoW token system blizz implemented) but there won't be a gift option for destiny 2 until at least OCT 24th, could be a few minutes after release or a day after release.

Which is a pain since A: I had to farm like crazy so my brother could get his pre-purchase done
and B: it makes it difficult to trade the incoming hotness with people like you :/
