How to contact steam support via email

Hi there,

After a few hours of trying to find a form to fill out, or an email address (I had to use search engines... steam support isnt very supportive) I cannot find a way to contact Steam. Could someone please provide with with an email address or a link to submit a ticket or help request (whatever the lingo is)?

Companies really need to step away from the robot approach with customer service. Part of the problem.

Not possible. You begin in the help section, navigate your way through the options and either get an option to self-resolve the problem or create a ticket (if necessary). Alternatively, community forums help to resolve many of the problems not related to accounts.

There isn't any Steam Support Email, the way you contact Steam Support is by sending a ticket.

If they don't give you an option based on your path, then it is not necessary.

We've gave you as much help as we can, as said already by @gwait, tell us the problem or don't get help, it's simple as that.
Complaining about Valve's decisions won't change a thing.

I have to contact steam support directly. My reasons are my own.
Its kind of weird to have people asking me on a forum what my problem is when my problem is that I cannot find a way to contact steam support.
