Any way to do it?

Get the app and do it there instead. Only way to do it, or you can stop trading or marketing.

I do have it, but I still get confirmations when I buy/sell something.

Do you have a green shield on this page? https://store.steampowered.com/account/
It should say "Protected by Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator".

Yes, I do.

And you get email confirmations? Not app confirmations?
Same if you log in to Steam, do you get the code via email or the app?

Just to clarify again, you will always have confirmations. You can pick if you want them via email or via the app but you can't avoid them.

I know what you mean, yes I do have to confirm via app if I want to buy/sell something on market, but when I do I also get an e-mail telling which item I just bought. This is super annoying and therefore I want to deactivate it.

Oh, I see. Those are not confirmations since you don't have to confirm anything, they are just notices or something.

I don't think that is possible to deactivate, I think people have made it clear that they want a way to disable them. Maybe it's a tax thing for steam that they have to send them out? Who knows.

Meanwhile it's easy to just mark them as read all at once and then delete in gmail.

that is not a confirmation, that is an receipt and required to be sent to you.

Alright guys, thank you for your help :)

You should create a gmail filter so it automatically takes all those market emails, marks them as read and then archives them.
