Are Low Digit Steam ID's Mor easliy hackable then other ID's?

Even those who use Steam Guard are careless with their account inf and PC security. You can't help them.
The older the account, the more valuable it is on the grey market.

Im still a bit confused what the ID has to do with the account being hacked easily

They are not more or less secure than other abandoned accounts. They are just more valuable for potential scammers and cheater.

I would not put much stock in such reports. Generally speaking there are details missing that when brought to light make it obvious how it was hijacked

Note that the steamid does not make the account more 'hackable' its not like steam disable security features for lower steam id accounts. They are more desired and thus might be targetted more than other accounts. But there's nothing inherent about the staemid itself that makes it 'more' hackable than an account you create right now.

it doesnt. old accounts might get more targeted. it is still the idiot in front of the pc as the main reason for getting hacked.
