Just keep in mind that your new account will be limited. Which means some resources will not be avaiable, unless you spend a minium of 5$ to unlock the account.
But i have one more question. Not problem at all if u guys don't see this, u helped me a lot already!
1) What about Steam Account name. I know that i can's use same Account name, of course. But can i use same old Steam Account name with number 2 on end? Or that just doesn't make any sense and i should make completely new name? Sry for quite stupid questions but i when i make new Account i will use it for very long time, so i don't want to make any mistakes :D .

you can use whatever username you want, you are the only one that sees it anyway.
Just leave it dormant. That way if you change you mind an want to access it in the future you can. Nothing happens with the account if you stop using it.
