They'll get to your steam support ticket when they get to it.

Typically you'll get a response within 2-3 days from when you submit it.

You're whining about 3 days about a restriction that was close to a year ago......

Use the ticketing system. Considering this happened close to 1 YEAR AGO you're obviously in no hurry.

Lack of planning on your part, does not constitute an emergency on my part
