no it doesnt. Most companies, valve incl. like to think that 5$ equals 5€. So games tend to be exactly the same price according the number but not with the exchange rates.

Its amazing how people like you seem to forget that VAT exists. You shoudl be paying a METRIC TON more for your games if Steam wasn't eating the VAT taxes and sending it to you government
