Still have a 15 day sale hold after 7 days of using steam mobile authenticator
I had a 15 day hold on items i was trying to sell and then i installed the mobile authenticator and it said i had to use it till this 13/02/2017, and this day has passed and i still have the ban, even though i had to confirm the items in my mobile authenticator, but it still said that they would still be held for 15 days... I've emailed support but not gotten any response yet, i've already checked the settings and all of that but is there anything else i should try?

Keep in mind that the 7 days is to the second, from when you enabled mobile authenticator.

sometimes the mobile app resets steam guard entirely and you have to wait 15 days bro, this doesnt happen all the time, mainly if you disable mobile auth and re enable

This was my first time using the app and haven't disabled it before but will I always have a 15 day waiting period before anything will be sold or can I sell items directly after these 15 days are up?
sheat off noob

This I what I got from support, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ useless: It looks like you've successfully added a Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator with a phone number to this Steam account. Your account now has the highest level of security available.

All trades and Market listings created within 7 days after the Mobile Authenticator was added will be held for 15 days. Any existing item holds will not be reduced.

I'm not sure he even read the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ question.

No, after you wait 1 time for 7 to 15 days you will then be able to trade instantly and confirm your trades via app

If you already have a trade you will have to wait the full duration for that

Yea that's the weird thing though, when i try to sell or trade something i had to confirm my trades through the mobile auth after the 7 days, but then it still holds them for 15 days.
