Does a $4.99 game cost $4.99 or $5?
If I buy a game that is $4.99, would it cost $4.99 or $5?

4.99 unless you get charged tax. Why would you think otherwise?

buy $5 steam wallet there, this counts as $5 spent on Steam and makes your account unlimited.

Probably just trying to remove limited account status and think $4.99 is close enough to $5 to remove it which is wrong

Not only computers. Commerce and engineering are very similar.

Yes, but we do not have a State income tax here. A lot of people that work in Vancouver, WA, which is right on the border of Oregon, just drive 10miles to Portland to do their shopping.

Oregon doesn't have sales tax so essentially Vancouver residents pay neither income tax, nor sales tax.
