Steam Deck Giveaway

Quick Question regarding the steam deck giveaway, in the rules there was another way for you to enter in the competition, where you had to like mail in a notecard with your name, steam account etc and If I remember correctly It said they were goin to draw winners last by December 23, my question is does anyone know how their going to like draw winners will it be like how they did it at the game awards where they did it randomly or what?

"To manually enter the Giveaway, each Entrant must legibly print their name, address, city, state, country, postal code, email address, Steam account name (account can be limited or unlimited), and telephone number, as well as the name and date of the Giveaway that the entry is for (“The Game Awards 2022 Giveaway”), on a self-addressed 4"x6" note card and mail the completed form to: Valve Corporation, P.O. Box 1688, Bellevue, WA 98009-1688. Only note cards mailed in envelopes and postmarked before or on December 8, 2022 and received by Valve before December 19, 2022 will be accepted. No e-mailed or faxed alternate entries are eligible. Facsimiles, photocopies or mechanical reproductions of entries will be void. Only one alternative entry via post per person. Proof of sending or submitting a note card is not proof of receipt of such alternate entry.

I didn't do a mail in ballot. I watched the show and didn't win. I have a Deck already anyways.

There is no set date when exactly they'll do the draw, but there is a deadline until when they've have to do the draw.

Lucky I've been checking my emails and my mailbox to see if I have won, I really want a steam deck so I can play spiderman remastered and emulate games and stuff so fingers crossed I win, but honestly I think the chances are probably slim assuming anybody actually bothered to do a mail entry

the giveaway was already fully concluded when this thread was opened.

The winners should have been announced between the 19th and the 23rd on the Game Awards page. They haven't and I don't see it

The "Supplemental Giveaway" section happened on the 15th as an extra draw for those who watched the stream.

They're talking about the alternative method where they had to send in an index card in the mail. That was going to be its own drawing, wasn't it?
