Afterfall (InSanity and Reconquest) series pulled from Steam?
Were the Afterfall games pulled from Steam? I can't seem to find them anymore. :golem:

Or are the games region locked from SEA?

It's a shame as I was very curious about Reconquest. :(

Still available to users who already own the games. Wish I would have bought Reconquest sooner. :(

Kinda not willing to trust those keys as valid if they're already pulling the game.

The key needs to stay valid as long as the game is in the library, i think
I have the game, and its in my library

As has been said, seems it was pulled because the devs used the Unreal Engine without permission. For shame!
I thought that the UE was an open source engine.
Well, thanks for learning teaching me something.

As has been said, it's free up to the point where you're making serious money out of it. Maybe the devs didn't think that they'd get so many sales to pass the threshold or something.

UE3 was never free so any violations they did, which were likely all on UE3 had to be via the officially licensed engine. Aka A LOT of money.

And there's no way they did Insanity on the UDK. And even if they did the UDK is only free if you don't make money. Once you start making money the UDK licensing and royalty payments start kicking in.

I think Bundle Stars gave me this game free. Somebody did. Somewhat of a bizarre behavior if they were in financial ruin.
