Firstly, please please try to use sentences in future - it's diifficult to understand what you're saying.

Secondly, WE CANNOT HELP YOU - this is a USERS' forum.

If you have issues you need to talk to support, but until you've exhausted ALL troubleshooting you can't even begint o ask for a refund, even if you were entitled to one (depends on your country).

So, please do as suggested - post this problem in the Black Ops II forum. But before you do, SEARCH THERE FIRST. Someone may have had issues like this already.

ok thanks for your help and sorry for the run on sentence
Black Blade Nov 6, 2014 @ 11:56pm
Did you port forward the ports needed?
I had the same thing in the past that fix that

And as suggested above you have been better looking and posting on the BO2 Hub

Don't listen to the idiotic troll. You bought what YOU wanted. Never let an idiot tey and tell you what you SHOULD like - only YOU know.

That said, I'd follow Black Blade's instructions. If port forwarding didn't work, I'd agree that something is going wrong there - it could be your ISP or it could be some foible with your router.

Learn your computer, then know what your buying. If you don't, that is actually your own fault not anyone elses. PC gaming is not plug and play like a console. You will actually have to know and learn your computer to play certain games.

You can talk to Steam or Treyarch but I doubt any of them will refund your money, especially if any unreasonable amount of time has passed. You can dispute charges with your bank or credit card company. Some have had success but not all.

The forum in here can help with game related issues but not refunds or bans. So in the future don't ask, no one can help for those issues.

ik my pc i custom built mine for gaming and i figured out what was wrong
texasrattler Nov 7, 2014 @ 11:53pm
From your very first, it sounds like you don't know. If you really knew about your PC, most don't come into a forum, they figure it out themselves. Kinda part of knowing your computer is messing with it, trail and error stuff.
