Steam takes two screenshots instead of one
So, couple of days ago I noticed that in some of the games I play, when pressing screenshot button steam makes 2 screenshots instead of one. It happens to 50% of the games in my library. Anybody else with this issue?

Do you have any software running in the background that has something to do with the Keyboard or with a Over-lay?

No. And I didn't install any new software during the time this issue start happening.

It dose not happen to me, so cant be sure, are you on the Beta client? or the normal one?
Also can you name 3 games that it happens in and 3 that it dose not?

I'm on normal steam currently, but I did try beta client and no luck there. Games with double screens - every Lego game, Ms. Splosion Man, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Dark Souls 1. No problem - Nosgoth, Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs, CS: GO, Velocity Ultra.

I actually just asked couple of friends to test this and they got the same issue with Lego games and Ms. Splosion Man.

try changing the screenshot key in settings and see if that fixes it. Sometimes certain keys can cause this. For example, the normal screenshot key is F12. Try changing it to F11.
