Looking for a game...
That focuses on the player being a swordsman. Not enough good hack-n-slash games these days that aren't all soulslikes. So any suggestions for a good sword-wielding or hack-n-slash game that is not a soulslike/Sekirolike? (because I've played so many of them I'm burned out right now)

I already know of Ghost of tsushima or whatever. Others?

I'm going to assume you've already played The Witcher and The Elder Scrolls games. They're fantastic roleplaying games. But here are a few others that I truly enjoy.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance isn't fantasy; there are no monsters, magic, etc. So you might not like it as much as I do, but it is a fantastic medieval game with amazing combat. Think of it as if The Elder Scrolls games didn't have any fantasy and were purely medieval.

Assassin's Creed: Odyssey might not be the best Assassin's Creed game, especially since people hate it for not having assassins in the first place, but it is a fantastic roleplaying game with awesome combat.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War are two amazing action role-playing games that are, in a way, similar to The Witcher in terms of combat. There is stealth, swordplay, and an amazing mechanic called the "nemesis system" with randomized enemies/bosses, who will remember you and how you killed/hurt them, and you can recruit these enemies to fight by your side and attack forts, etc. It's an amazing and unique system never seen in any other game. And if you're a fan of Tolkien's work, you're definitely going to love these two games.
