The scam is so old.....
Report, move on. Don't engage with them and give them reason to report you for real for harrassing.
If it's not a notification in your Steam Client, it's an obvious scam.
Messages through Steam Chat also would be scams.
And most importantly:
Random people, regardless of the Display Name (which they can make whatever they want), will be completely unaware of what you're doing in Discord or outside of Discord, unless you're streaming or speaking about something.
Always report anyone that makes any claim about your account.

Well iam not shocked. But i bet the scammer is happy about the easy earned money.
Like most scams it relies on fear, they want to scare the ♥♥♥♥ out of you, so that you stop thinking logically....even me as a 30 year old, took me a few minutes to realise how stupid it was.
