Swiss Francs Pricing sucks....
Really...
Fallout 4 costs 59 € on Steam Germany. And I'm supposed to pay like 74 CHF ? You got to be kidding me.

Let me do the math:
59 € ~ 64-66 CHF (depending on the exchange rate)
Now, I'd be angry if you charged 70 CHF for the same digital product ....
but charging 74 CHF is not ok... that's just an insult to your customers intelligence. Sorry...

I know how you feel. I live in Australia and it costs $79.95 USD, and that's before you take in account the exchange rate (With our current exchange rate the cost becomes $111.17 AUS), where as in the US it's $59.95 USD.

I hate when publishers do that. Unfortunately it's the publishers that set the price on steam.

Tant que les jeux ne serons pas au même prix en europe et au USA ainsi qu'en Suisse, je me générais pas d'acheter ou c'est le moins cher.. On est en 2015 les cocos c'est finis les customers un peu bète qui achète sans comparer.

My god!
We used to cry that we hadn't prices in CHF for ages.
But poor us, it was so difficult for Steam to implement that feature.

Oh wait... now that the curently exchange is basically down the drain, the feature is released.

Well done. Capitalism 101.

Its not only pricing. I have 26 games on my wishlist that can no longer be purchased. Steam is finger pointing to the publisher. Do they really expect that customers fix a broken business modell? Thats stupid. @Valve: Its Your turn to talk to the publishers. Explain them the obvious: They will lose money, if games can not be purchased. And Valve: You have to understand, that You are going to loose sales revenue, if swiss franc prices are significantly higher. Dont push back to Your customers. You broke it, You fix it!

Yeah, even though it's great to have Swiss Francs as the main currency, the timing is kind of funny.

When 1 Euro = 1.50 CHF they didn't seem very concerned with this, but now that it's almost 1=1 they were quick to implement the change. Now all of a sudden some games cost 10 Swiss Francs more than they used to.

Be thankful from Australia they want USD 80 for Fallout 4. Thamks equivilent of about 82 CHF.

GTAV is the same.

And unlike most of Europe that price is WITHOUT any VAT/GST on it as well.

I think he is saying 10% more is not the norm. For instance, this guy found prices on average actually dropped by over 5%
