They haven't taken any money from your card. Your bank reserves the funds so you can't double spend the money. If the transaction fails they'll release the hold after a few days.
Sometimes purchases simply take a while before they're processed.
It usually doesn't take longer than a day.
It can take a few days as it's dependent on the banking system.
If you paid via a recognised formal bank card, then it will be the quickest, at anything up to 3 working days. If it's a credit card that can be around 5 working days. For thrid party payment providers like Paysafecard, it can be about a week or so.
And after that time you'll either get the funds OKed or they'll be available for you to use again.
