Pending transactions

Please guys I need help I purchased the new fifa game ultimate and they cut the money from my card but in steam it’s still on pending any help?

All you can do is wait. It'll either succeed or fail.

They haven't taken any money from your card. Your bank reserves the funds so you can't double spend the money. If the transaction fails they'll release the hold after a few days.

you wait for the transaction to either complete or fail. what you see on your card statement is the funds being HELD. if the transaction completes, you get your game and steam gets its money. if the transaction fails, the money is held by your bank for a few days then they are freed up for you to spend again.

you wait till it either completes or fails, it can take a few minutes or a few hours or days. its all up to the system to sort itself out

Just wait it out.
Sometimes purchases simply take a while before they're processed.

It usually doesn't take longer than a day.

It can take a few days as it's dependent on the banking system.

If you paid via a recognised formal bank card, then it will be the quickest, at anything up to 3 working days. If it's a credit card that can be around 5 working days. For thrid party payment providers like Paysafecard, it can be about a week or so.

And after that time you'll either get the funds OKed or they'll be available for you to use again.
