Not enough to make any significant difference, if any. All the articles I read put it and sugar neck to neck in most cases. There are still better sweaters out there, with far less impact on one's glucose level.
It also varies from person to person as each system is different.
Too low blood sugar escalates into coma and death a lot faster than high blood sugar does.
But yeah, HFCS isn't going to be a lot worse than say, eating a package of donuts. :P
