how to block someone commeting on my profile

some annyoing guy is keep on -repping me its getting annyoing

Go to their profile. Click on the the down arrow, on the right hand side, under the level and badge on their profile. One of the options there is "Block All Communication." This will prevent them from directly messaging you and posting on your profile.

You can also set your profile to only allow people from your friend list to leave comments.
