Is the ticket still open?
The current estimated time for refund requests is 55.92 minutes to 11.01 hours, with 511,982 submitted in the past 24 hours.
If you got a refund on a purchase you made with an external payment method, they put the money back there (so the credit card charge gets reversed from Valve's end, for example) if possible.
Just recieved, my bad, and about the ticket, i have no idea, is my first time doing a refund ever lol.
the refund thingy just creates a ticket.
if the ticket is closed without answer, your account is compromised.
your game badge shows a change on 6th of july(2 days ago). the badge only changes if a non-free, paid product is added to the account.
if there was any form of credential change on your account, refund requests are automatically delayed by 3 days before they go in queue.
Also depending on who you bank with.

Hell naw 😭🙏
Then i must have done smth wrong, its been already like 10 days and stills no wallet money back.
Looking at the linl on the message, the refung thin says "closed" as status, and now reading, since the requests get delayed 3 days if i buy a game maybe that could be the reason???, it would be weird since its been almost a week since the refund request until the day i bought counter strike source so, yeah im confused.
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
API key is most important because thats how they close tickets
I remember clicking on a button that said "i dont need more help" during making the refund, so maybe that closed it??, ill still do the process yall told me anyways 🙏.
