Most companies are not interested in you contacting them.

However, since every game on Steam has a forum, you can ask your question there. Sometimes their support might actually monitor the forums and they might reply. Or someone else who happens to know the answer. Or nobody. Also depends on how popular the game is, of course. Popular games tend to have more users frequenting the forums.
