Not really. I don't play PvP, so haven't really been interested in most their recent games. HL: Alyx looked good, but no VR to play it on.

No confidence in Valve making another good game. They let the bots take over TF2, and Artifact was a big dud.

Valve's design philosophy was to never make video games to compete with other video games, they make the games that other companies must compete with. Counter-Strike, Portal, Team Fortress, Half-Life . . . Deadlock is proof that Valve has "evolved" in a way that they now lack any creative people still actually developing for them.

It's nothing innovative or influential like the timeless Valve video games and SBI likely being involved (characters have they/them pronouns) also shows that Valve's current team of designers have their priorities wrong. It's a shame, but Valve as we knew it 20 years ago is dead.
