100% disk usage during download? ONLY in Steam.
I have tried everything the support articles talk about, but nothing fixes it. For some reason whenever I try and install a game on steam it maxes out my harddrive (Sandisk SDD) and won't ever download anywhere near my internet speed (Gigabit) and constantly drops to 0 bytes and restarts.

I can install any other game or do any other download on any other platform and it will give me performance I expect and not use 100% of my disk. It's only steam.

It has nothing to do with my internet because my brother on his PC can download anything on steam with 0 issues.

What is going on? Anyone have any insight?

I'm really sorry. I don't know a single thing the video was talking about (it's over my tech expertise). Are we saying that my i5 just isn't good enough to download well on steam? Why doesn't it do this on any other platform?
