Why I can’t add custom funds to my steam wallet?

No matter what I try. Even using augmented steam. Nothing is working. So the question is. Why doesn’t steam allow me to add custom funds???

Yeah that's been a problem for a long time.
The only way to add custom funds is to buy a card that lets you add whatever you put on it.
They should really fix this.

Even something like topping up doesn’t allow me to do custom amounts of topping up.

I can adds funds just fine.
Is your account limited?
Do have a credit card set up?

That doesn't sound like a lot. Besides, if you're talking about Steam Support response times, those are going to take a while because of the pandemic situation.

what does cutom funds mean, it offers certain choices are you trying to add 5 dollars 76 cents or whetever your currancy.

That’s not dollars that’s Thai baht. But whatever. Yes I want to add cents and not the amount they provided. My budget in my bank account is so low I have to spend less meaning I have to spend only cents.

Are you trying to add less than the minimum amount?

EDIT: For example... Brazilians can add R$10,00 at a minimum. Not even fund editing will let you add less.

Whatever the lowest option is on the add funds page is the absolute minimum you can add. If you're trying for less of course it's going to error out.

you can not charge wallet below the minimum amount stated.

it wont happen, because every transaction cost them money which at certain points is no longer profitable.
