There is, but it is put on by a 3rd party and not Valve anymore.
Valve isn't responsible for emoticons for a sale that they didn't even create. Try asking Steam China as they are the ones who organized the sale and so far, made stickers and not emoticons.

Same. Seems the sale isn't showing depending on content servers. I can get it showing on some devices but not on PC or in the Steam client.
Literally just a small ad i almost missed it, festivals used to have a whole team a background and more flashy stuff, what happened?

This is what happens when a company has a monopoly. They get super lazy, super content. I hope Epic Games steals a lot of market share. This is BS.
