The game made the mistake of mess with private info, that might be the reason of why it was removed.

even so...
It may have been too risky since Steam doesn't support not-taking-screenshots and opting out of letting users upload screenshots and artwork about the game.
If anyone would fill it in legitly and make a screenshot, it would be extremely risky for them and the game, as a game shared by a community, incites telling eachother about it or showing it to eachother.
So simply because it is exceptionally risky, Steam may choose to opt out of it even if it abides its rules.
But it's good that they removed it. Probably illegal in the U.S. anyway.
